Is this real leather?
No — these are premium faux leather (PU) with a cotton blend. That is why they cost what they do, and it also means they are vegan-friendly and lighter to wear than hide. We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out at delivery.
Do they run true to size?
Close to it. Size 30 measures 29.5″ at the waist and size 36 measures 35.4″, so order your usual waist size. Faux leather has almost no give, so if you are between sizes take the larger one.
What do they feel like to wear?
Smooth-faced with a soft blended backing, and lighter than real leather. Like any coated fabric they breathe less than denim, so they are better suited to nights out and cooler weather than to a hot afternoon.
How do I care for them?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Keep them out of the washing machine and tumble dryer, and away from direct heat — that is what cracks a PU finish.
